Light in color, this slower quench oil is highly stable throughout the hardening temperature range, providing superior service where a moderate rate of quench is preferred with minimum distortion.
A premium quality oil formulated for use at high temperatures, with a high flash point making RVQ 600 an attractive product for use between 300- and 350-degrees Fahrenheit.
Valrust 900 & Valrust 900 Concentrate are unique water based rust inhibitors to be applied to ferrous or non-ferrous metals. Valrust 900 is ready to use while the Valrust 900 Concentrate will need to be diluted to 10% by the end user.
Valrust 1631 forms a light, transparent film providing polar chemical and physical barrier protection against rust and stain on ferrous metal surfaces. The film cures by solvent evaporation and remains pliable so that it smears with rubbing action to prevent breaking of film continuity. Valrust 1631 meets Caterpillar Specification MS 2247.
Valrust Amber meets a MIL-C-16173D grade 4, MIL-P-116 grade P-19 preservative. It is a corrosion preventive compound designed to protect ferrous metals in both indoor and outdoor storage conditions. The tack-free film permits handling of parts without damage to the coating.
Valrust 1391 forms a thin oily film providing lightly oiled polar chemical and physical barrier protection against rust and stain on ferrous metal stock, machined parts and assemblies. The water displacing/water separating property makes it economical for use in applications where contamination from water based fluids is a problem. Water will separate from the rust preventive so it can be drained off the bottom.
Valrust VC-200 is an outstanding preservative oil for enclosed systems, such as engine crankcases, transmissions, hydraulic reservoirs, and cylinders, fuel tanks and gear cases. Valrust VC-200 combines contact protection with vapor phase protection. Thus, surfaces from which the liquid coating has drained, or which are accessible only by vapor contact, continue to be protected from rust and corrosion. A vapor phase corrosion inhibitor diffuses from the liquid throughout an entire enclosed system or area, thereby providing an invisible rust protective coating, even in the presence of moist air or condensate.
Kit tests the viscosity of VISCOR™ Diesel Calibration Fluids to insure the fluid is within the SAE and ISO specifications.
An Engine Oil Reference Fluid for use in SAE J 806 and SAE J1260 test procedures.
A Diesel Fuel Reference Fluid for use in SAE J 905 and SAE J 1895 test procedures.

4465 Blank Wash is a water-extendable stamping, drawing and blank washing compound formulated to provide superior lubricity and corrosion protection in all phases of the stamping process. It has been approved by the Hydromation Corporation and is recommended for use with five-micron filter media. The formula provides excellent corrosion protection on cold rolled steel, as well as automotive galvanized steel.
7723C/7723 Oil Blank Wash is a drawing and stamping fluid formulated to provide excellent formability of galvanized body panels as well as all additional forms of substrates used in automotive body production, including aluminum. When properly applied, the fluid film will protect blanks against rust and stain throughout the manufacturing process. Stamped parts will also be protected during storage and shipment to off-site assembly plants.
Laboratory testing has shown that 7723C/7723 Oil Blank Wash is compatible with subsequent manufacturing processes including adhesive and sealant application, phosphate systems, cleanability and E-Coat/painting process.
We manufacture several different air tool oils that are designed to provide lubrication and corrosion protection for pneumatic hand tools.
Vacuum Pump Oil is a high quality, non-additive oil designed especially for use in vacuum pumps. The inherent stability and low vapor pressure characteristics of this oil make it ideal for use in extremely low-pressure conditions.
Form Release Oils are sprayed on concrete forms prior to pouring the concrete. The oil film contains active ingredients that react with the caustic components of the concrete and form soaps which allows the form to be released from the concrete once set. We manufacture many different types to meet the needs of a particular application.
